We had a unique journey which started before COVID-19; at that point we were looking for our new home and a bit of help with our relocation from UK to Atlanta. On top of her professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to details and responsiveness, She helped us with… lots of additional information that is useful to consider when relocating to Atlanta, for instance schools, afterschool club, important information about the community, designers, contractors and more…. and after a few viewings we found our perfect home….and then came COVID-19… In the middle of the process, we were stuck in the UK and had to withdraw the offer and put our relocation plans on hold. Ayelet, with great sensitivity and understanding, helped us through this difficult situation. Later, when we decided to resume our relocation plans, Ayelet was there to help us again …we had to move fast, and to do everything remotely. Ayelet was absolutely brilliant at making us feel as if we are physically viewing the properties with her…and took amazing videos, over which she provided a fantastic commentary pointing out the pro and cons of each property. Knowing what we are looking for, she didn’t push us to close deals that were not right for us. She gave us more support than was required and the confidence that we would find the right one (home for us….and we did!
