Zlatko "Zee" Sukalic

I was looking for a hybrid property to call home as well as to use for rental purposes in the future after I move out. Needless to say that kind of property was hard to find in the competitive real estate market we are currently in. This made me a challenging client no doubt, but Zee stuck with me even though I'm sure I made it difficult on him sometimes. He knows the neighborhoods he works in very well, and is extremely responsive at any hour of the day. He also knows "a guy or gal" to help you out with any projects you may want to do around your new house, so don't be shy about looking at "fixer upper" homes when working with Zee. I plan on working with Zee in the future for all my rental or personal property acquisitions.

We really felt like he had our back every step of the way. We found what we were looking for at a price that was agreeable and Zee was there to walk us through the nail-biting along the way. Highly recommend him to everyone I know! Edited to add: When we were ready to sell, Zee gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our home for sale. We trusted his advice and he sold our house within 24 hours of listing for an optimal price! So glad to once again have Zee in our corner!
