To me selling a home rates as one of the worse things to do. In addition I was working with Zivile as an executor for my cousins estate. From the moment I met her she helped to put me at ease. She explained the process and path we would take. Zivile was always available to discuss and answer all my questions. This was especially important to me, as I was trying to do the very best for my cousin, and felt additional stress because it was not my home and I was not from the Chicago area and thus had "lots" of questions. Zivile was excellent at knowing what was next and informing me and providing me with written as well as verbal knowledge to relieve my stress.
