Zina is truly the best! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of anxiety and nervousness about the starting the process. We didn’t know where to start or what questions to ask. Zina came in. Asked about my dire situation. I was skeptical if anything could be done.. she took notes asked about the property history etc etc. she gathered all her info after a heartfelt one on one talk. She gave me a couple formulas that could happen which l told her one is out of reach and the other could be possibly done. She said ok let me make calls n emails and I’ll get back to you. Within 24 hours the ball was in motion. It was almost surreal how fast things happened. Within 48 already had potential buyer thru her contacts and connections. It seemed easy, but we did have to make things happen elsewhere.. the best advice l can give anyone is…. To be honest even if you have to swallow your pride and think realistically about the situation, it will benefit in the long run. What was salvaged for me was and is a god send. So stay in Communication!! It’s the key puzzle in all of what l went thru !! I joke around and tell her lm gonna Marry her just because.. we laugh and honestly have now a good friends relationship. So if your upside down in a mortgage or foreclosing or the bank is about to auction … or whatever the scene may be.. give this incredible woman a call!
