Zina was excellent to work with. She knew a lot about the Atlanta area and showed us many options before we picked out the condo we purchased. She was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the entire purchasing and closing process to us. Additionally, she went above and beyond in finding a handyman for some of the follow up work we had performed. I would highly recommend Zina for anyone interested in purchasing a residence.

Zina worked with us through the selling of our home and the purchase of a new home. The home we were selling didn't garner the value we were looking for, so Zina suggested that we rent it out until the market turns. She worked quickly to find us great tenants, then 18 mos. later worked hard with us in selling the property. Through it all she gave us guidance on every step along the way. This experience was the best for us. As new home buyers we had not a clue as to what to expect. Mrs Holt literally took us by the hand & guided us though out this whole process. Zina is very patient thank God for that lol. She took time to explain every part of the process to us in lay mans terms. We understood every part of the deal she made sure we felt secure as buyers. It never felt like it was just a business deal it felt intimate, which helped us to feel comfortable enough to close this deal.
