Last minute sale!

I reached out to Zil when I decided last minute I wanted to sell my house and move to a completely different state. I was actually working with another realtor when I found Zil and before I signed any paperwork I had Zil come over and explain things to me in her words and I knew after that she knew what she was doing and this was the right person I found to sell my house. She came with all the knowledge and the numbers and made me feel confident with my asking price. The house was only on the market for 6 days before it sold! Zil was patient with me-since it was my first time selling a house, and she made sure I understood everything that was happening. She’s great!
