Zil McCurty

Zil was an absolute delight to work with. My local move within Charlotte could not have gone any more smoothly. She is extremely professional, attentive, and her experience in the Charlotte market put us in a great position when selling. I have and will continue to highly recommend Zil to anyone buying or selling a home in the area. No question - she’s a 5/5 star realtor!

It was definitely fate that we met Zil! My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase our first home and didn't even know where to start. We reached out to her and she responded in minutes and got us started with everything we needed to know. Throughout the process she was very consistent in showing us homes that fit our very specific list of wants and needs, and was able to show us those homes despite our tricky schedules. We truly feel that she put us first, even through all the many many questions we had. We can't express enough our gratitude towards her for making our first time home buying process extremely smooth. She is our realtor for life!

Words can’t express how grateful we were to have Ms. Zil represent us as our Realtor. We truly believe that us meeting her was truly God’s plan! From start to finish, Ms. Zil was committed 100%. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that our first home buying experience was the best it could. If you or anyone you may know is in the market for purchasing a home, we recommend you give her a call. You won’t regret it!

Amazing service! Met us with detailed information, had found other possible properties to view. Since we doing a long distance purchase, offered to preview and do live video tours for us before we traveled to see option. Fantastic follow through on everything, professional, courteous and proactive. Would use Zil to sell or buy a home in the future.

I reached out to Zil when I decided last minute I wanted to sell my house and move to a completely different state. I was actually working with another realtor when I found Zil and before I signed any paperwork I had Zil come over and explain things to me in her words and I knew after that she knew what she was doing and this was the right person I found to sell my house. She came with all the knowledge and the numbers and made me feel confident with my asking price. The house was only on the market for 6 days before it sold! Zil was patient with me-since it was my first time selling a house, and she made sure I understood everything that was happening. She’s great!

Wow!!! Zil had me at hello! In other words, at the end of my initial conversation with Zil, I new she was the right realtor for the sell of our home. She was very enthusiastic about helping us achieve our goal of selling our home and relocating to be closer to family. When Zil left our house after her initial visit, my wife said to me, "now I see why you chose her as our realtor." Zil reminds me of myself. She's motivated, great personality, and very relatable. Zil always put us first, always having solid answers and solutions to every question and dilemma we faced throughout the process. Put simply, she did an outstanding job of keeping us sane. As it relates to the target price we wanted for the sell of our home, Zil made it happen! We were overjoyed with the results!! Zil worked extremely hard for us, and we will never forget that! Overall, we feel as though Zil has provided us with a thorough education in the home selling process. She has also become a permanent part of our family and I would recommend her to anyone! A five star rating is an understatement for Zil, she's double that!
