Ziba is nothing short of spectacular. She helped my family time the market just right and we sold our home for more than what we listed! We had showings right out the gate and she was there personally, ahead of schedule, to meet with every single potential buyer. Our home was also listed through appointments only, which is not as easy to show as hosting open houses, but Ziba coordinated with us with minimal disruption to my families' schedule. She provided excellent feedback after every appointment and followed up on all leads. Her response time is also pretty amazing, I would get responses within minutes, if she wasn't able to answer a call.
