Experienced, knowledgeable and responsible
Zheng founds us this investment property and very patiently explained to us about its value and return. We trust him and did the transaction following his lead. The process is smooth and successful. He is skillful enough to even help us to ask for some repairs credit from the seller after the inspection even the seller stayed in the beginning "as is". I would recommend him and I would personally use him again for my future real estate need.
