Mrs. Cain is very proficient. A professional lady, very knowledgeable and informative who was easy to talk with and comfortable to work with. Being a long time homeowner the essentials of the business was well above my comprehension; Mrs. Cain explained the aspects and process of the sale of my Daughter’s house. Being the Independent Administrator of my Daughter’s estate, Mrs. Cain’s patience was appreciated during times of emotion(s) and when I was indecisive or unknowing. She assisted me without hesitation. She showed compassion and concern and respect in this, a grieving and emotional period in my life. Her work ethics and knowledge of her business was very well noted. During Closing process I felt humiliated and uncomfortable with the Envision representative handling the closing. I was closing on the property without representation untiI I was accompianied via mobile phone by Mrs. Cain. She ensured my understanding of the closing process, identified and explained each form as well as correcting errors made during the process.
