We actually were in the process of looking at homes when we came upon Zan. Not really looking to make a final purchase. We just happened to drive by the housing area and thought we'd stop by to see the layout of some homes. The model home was very nice, but it was after speaking with Zan on the phone that we closed the deal that very same day in our minds. She was able to answer every question we had and with a level of enthusiasm that made us feel like she was a lifelong friend. Additionally, she ensured that every detail we asked for was followed through, from the most minute detail to issues even after we closed on our house. She hasn't stopped being our representative just because we've moved into our home.
