Amazing experience

In 2021 my wife and I decided to start looking to purchase our first home. Before we even started to look, Zalone sat down with us and gave a presentation about all the steps of purchasing a home. This was a big eye opener for us and was very informative! After looking at couple houses we decided it wasn’t the right time for us to buy a home. Zalone was very understanding and reassured us that when the right home popped up she would be there for us. In December of 2022 we came across two homes for sale that peaked our interest. We contacted Zalone the same day and she was able to get us walk through appointments the next day! After looking at both the homes we put an offer in on one of them. Zalone was able to get us a price reduction and through her broker was able to get us a lower interest rate!! Any questions we had Zalone always had an answer for us. She worked with us through every step of the process and always gave us important updates. Anytime we had questions regarding the home she would contact the seller and get us answers asap!
