Zakary Watson

My experience with Zakary Watson was no less than 5 stars. From the beginning, Zak was as detailed in explaining the process of selling our house as I requested. He put things in terms I understood and made me completely comfortable every step of the way. Additionally, Zak's keen attention to detail along with his impressive work ethic allowed for our house to be prepped by him and his team (without me having to lift a finger) to get on the market as quickly as possible (in less than a couple weeks). His hard work paid off as within the first 24 house we had several offers and within 5 days, our house was under contract with the family of our choosing for 20k over our asking price! Furthermore, Zak went above in beyond in the time period that we were under contract by actually helping me move! As a mother with two toddlers left to move the house by ourselves, this was the level of service I NEEDED and didn't even ask for. I am more than appreciative of what Zak and his team did for our family and I would HIGHLY recommend that for the easiest transition in or out of your home, that you would call Zak for his incredibly customer centered approach as an agent.
