Working with Zak was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful at every step and always very prompt and thoughtful in his responses. Detailing the process from start to finish and explaining what I should expect was great being a first time buyer. An example of Zak's work ethic and professionalism: the inspector got back to Zak and I via email with his report at 10pm on a Wednesday. Zak read through the report in its entirety, summarized his thoughts, and outlined his suggestions for asks during the attorney review process before 9am the following morning. He was then immediately available to discuss over a quick call after receiving the email. I will be recommending all my friends/family and clients to Zak
