She was very helpful in getting my property for sell. Once it was listed, she told me of the offers as they came in . The property was under contract within 3 or 4 days. Closed in 21 days.
I never recommend but Zaina deserves the recognition. I was nervous and skeptical to working with a Realtor. A Neighbor recommended Zaina. But almost went went with a online company that is a rip-off. I was sold on quick and hassle free sale. It was anything but quick, easy or hassle free. They are the typical sales company. Do your research they will undercut you by 30%. Complicate things, over charge for repairs. Stay away from online and go with Zaina. Zaina sold with no complication, easy and quickly. Not to mention she make it easy and easy to understand through out the process. Very professional and honest. She knows her industry.
