Zack and Chandler were the best real estate team we have worked with through 20 years and 4 moves. They were prompt, professional, and personable. Don’t let their youth fool you. They know the real estate business. We were 500 miles away but Seltzer’s kept us informed with timely texts, calls, and emails. Chandler took us through at least 10 homes and answered every question we had. When we did the final walk through the day before closing, the air conditioning was not working. Chandler contacted the sellers agent immediately and got it taken care of at the sellers expense, so that when we closed, the house was perfect!
