Zack was super informative. He helped me figure out what to do to my existing home to get it sold quickly and for top dollar. He helped me find the perfect home for me and my children. It was exactly the house I was looking for in a perfect location. Throughout the entire process he very informative and realistic. I was so impressed, I gave my brother his name and number and Zack worked with him to buy his first home as well!!

Zack assisted me with buying my first home. We went and viewed numerous homes before deciding on a new build. Without Zack, a lot of things would have fallen through the cracks. He has a background in construction so he was able to locate defects as the build was coming along which are things that I certainly would have missed. He also went with me to title company to ensure that I had everything done properly. He pretty much wanted to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible for me. Even after the transaction was completed. He still came by to make sure my builder was still active on clearing up problems still associated with the closing. Just going through the normal punch list. I would certainly recommend Zack and I actually have and he has sold two houses for the two people that I recommended him to....at full asking price!
