I met Zack through a close personal friend. I was originally planning on putting my home up for sale in a year or more, after speaking with Zack I changed my mind and hired him as my agent. He explained the nature of a sellers market caused by the Pandemic and how truly important this timing was. He gave me honest advice on prepping my house for sale, spending and updating through his eyes and cost vs. return. My calls and questions were all answered quickly. Explaining how this process evolves and especially working through unseen hiccups. In the end, my house was on the market for 2 hours and received an offer for 6K above asking. Zack calmly waited for my acceptance and lets just say he's on my Christmas card list now. Would give 6 stars if available.
