working with zac to get into our first home was truly the most amazing experience! he communicated everything with us so quickly and clearly and made sure we were always prepared every step of the way. he also is so versed in what he does that when making decisions we felt very informed and well educated. along with being an amazing realtor he truly is an amazing person to his core! so kind and caring and truly helping us to feel supported and confident moving forward into our next chapter. i cannot thank zac enough for being the best guide as we navigated though this! if you are ever considering a realtor, zac truly is #1!!

Zachary was so helpful on our house buying journey. It was almost 9 months of frustrations and he was there for every step. Anytime we needed someone to have our back or speak on our behalf he was on top of it. Pushing to get us everything we wanted. If we wouldn't have had him as our realtor, we probably would've given up. Forever grateful for him for getting us our dream house!

Zachary is by far the most communicative, knowledge, and hard working agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From helping us figure out what our dream home would be in the beginning, to then finding it for us, and walking us through the entire process answering all of our questions every step of the way. He made buying our dream home exciting and stress free. I cannot recommend a more professional and helpful agent than Zachary.

Zachary was attentive and professional throughout our home buying experience. From remote showings during our intrastate move to SC and showings all throughout Upstate, he was instrumental in finding our new home, Zachary made sure we got all of our questions answered and walked us through the entire closing. We highly recommend Zachary as your RE Agent snd we would call on him again if we were to make another move in SC.

Very responsive and professional. Always ready to hear concerns and offer solutions and options. Zachary was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. His willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for our family was astounding. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would pick him again myself.

Zachary is very knowledgeable and hardworking. He is very responsive, generates lots of ideas, and works very diligently to home in on your needs.

Zachary always responded to my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. He attended all appointments with me and sent me reminders of future appointments. He really made a stressful process less stressful. I would definitely recommend Zachary as a realtor to anyone who is buying and/or selling a home.

Best house buying experience!!!
