I think Zack wanted a quick sale, which was my fault as much as his. We ended up underpricing the house because of this. In retrospect , I think the buyers got a better deal with the market as it was than the sellers whom he represented. Overall, he couldn’t have been more attentive nor professional. He was dealing with contentious, out of state buyers! I’ve had to apologize to my wonderful ex neighbors about selling several times in the past year!
