I worked with Zac over the last couple of months when my wife and I were ready to upgrade to a new home within Seattle. We had a long list of "boxes to check", that Zac navigated expertly and always found great options and suggestions outside of that to help us along the way. When we finally landed on the spot we wanted, Zac was a smart negotiator and saved us a LOT of money. He was quick, responsive, and a calming influence on our nerves during the contract, and worked superbly with all involved parties. On top of it all, Zac has a very fun sense of humor and a warming confidence that makes working with him feel like time well spent. Zac will be our realtor for whatever the future holds for us.
