Zach represented my wife and I during our purchase of a vacation property in Las Vegas in the fall of 2025. We live on the East Coast so this was a long distance process, which made it a bit more cumbersome than a normal personal real estate purchase. Throughout the process, without exception, Zach was incredibly responsive to our questions and was always available to go the extra mile to ensure that we were getting the proper information to make an informed decision. This included timely responding to numerous texts, emails, Zoom calls, and follow up on his part to ensure that we were getting the proper information to make our decision. He took a significant amount of his personal time in assisting with our requests and worked through at least one deal that fell through. Throughout the process, he maintained his professionalism and was very diligent in dealing with us directly, the seller, the seller’s representative, and the Homeowners Association with the property, etc. Zach and his team also provided exceptional advice while negotiating the deal that we ultimately were successful in purchasing and always had good logic and a strong business sense when making his recommendations. He did all of this with a great disposition, was always pleasant and more than happy to do whatever he needed in order to satisfy our requirements during this process. He is truly exceptional at what he does which we can say through experience after having been through the purchase process with a number of other real estate professionals over the years. If we were to ever purchase another property in the Las Vegas area, there is no one else that we would consider in representing us other than Zach.
