I’ve been trying to purchase in Florida for years, I switched realtors up and gave Zachary a chance…smartest move I’ve done. Time was tight, and trying to buy a house in another state is a lot more complicated, but Zach took everything under his wing and accepted nothing but perfection for my house!

The most important thing to me when it comes to choosing a realtor is competence and communication, and because of that, I highly recommend Zachary. He was always very prompt to answer my questions (often times within 5 minutes!), either by text or email. He scheduled my inspection and made me aware of items that I would not have thought of myself; he even went through the house twice before I made the offer, just so he could go through the property with a fine tooth comb. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to do home repairs himself so when it comes to HOW to repair things, not only did he spot problems, he would tell me the most economical way to fix them. Bingo! This was important since I was buying remotely. He also helped me to schedule all repairs that I needed after closing. I am a remote investor and buy in several cities throughout the USA, and in my opinion, Zachary is the best one yet that I have worked with.
