He went above and beyond is all aspects of selling our home. He was very responsive in all communications. That house was special to us because it was our first house together and Zack took care of everything and made the sale as easy as possible. You won’t find a better realtor anywhere.

We were in Minnesota, looking at homes in Bakersfield, and had a little over two months to find a place and close on it. This is our first home, and Zack listened carefully to what we wanted/needed and gave us much-needed guidance. He did an excellent job finding properties for us to look at and taking video of places we liked. We had to submit multiple offers because places were selling so fast, especially since we were using a VA loan, and Zack gave us solid advice on each offer we made. It was an intense experience, but it was a really helpful knowing that we could trust Zack. He is great at what he does, and I highly recommend him.

Zachary was super helpful during the process of purchasing our home. I called him many, many times and he was always gracious. It was nice to finally meet him when we received the keys to the home we purchased.

He was easy to work with and made buying a house an easy experience

Being a first time home buyer working with Zach was great. Zach is lay back person but aggressive when he needs to be with the sellers. If anything was a concern he was there to help answer or find an answer to any concern that you may have. As prepared as I was, doing a lot of research before buying a house I still forget to ask some important questions to the seller but luckily Zach was there to ask those questions. He does not push you to buy if you are not total happy with the house. It’s the opposite he will discourage you to buy if you are not in love with the house you are looking at. At the end Zach made sure we were very happy with the house. Which we were. He handle all the paperwork and even has a questionnaire for the seller asking basic information like trash days, mail box location, etc. Which was very helpful. I would high recommend him to represent you, if and when I buy another house he would be the agent I will be calling.
