I’ve been a part of both sides of real estate transactions in the past. This last time there were several factors that made it difficult, making me more anxious - being a senior citizen in the crazy market. Zachary Lee’s knowledge of the market helped me narrow and focus my search for a new home. He was in regular communication with me to determine my preferences and my opinions during the search. Zach helped me find a new home to purchase -meeting my budget and personal needs- even before selling my old one (which was my plan). His knowledge helped me feel confident in doing so. He was patient and supportive as I moved and prepared my old home to sell. He provided continuing guidance and resources as I needed. When my old home was placed on the market, he helped me select the best offer , and provided support and guidance through the ups and downs of getting through closing. He was a consummate professional throughout this process. I’m referring to hard skills - appearance, knowledge, being timely with appointments, feedback. And also soft skills , his patience, calm demeanor, ability to explain the language of real estate, availability, encouragement and support were invaluable during the time of back to back transactions. I can’t find the words to thank him enough for his help. I have already referred others to him and would definitely use him again. Thank you Zach , for helping to make this stage of my life better.

I can't say enough how awesome our experience with Zach has been, but I'm sure gonna try! When we made the difficult decision to sell our home (it wasn't meeting our needs) I knew right away I wanted to work with Zach. Growing up with him, I knew he was the kind of guy that's upfront, supportive and attentive - in short, he cares. He and Vicki came to walkthrough our home and provided us with clear information & expectations / requirements to sell. We went on our family vacation and the day we left, he was there with the photographer - preparing to list our home (the photographs were beautiful, too, by the way - kudos to the photographer!). Showings happened while we were out of town & that weekend, we had offers on the table, one of which we accepted. The support didn't stop there, though, he continued to keep in touch and provide information and direction on the needs for selling and really helped us through this. Now, we're looking forward to finding our new home with Zach's guidance, but we would recommend him time and time again.

Zack was very calming an reassuring at very difficult time for us. He answered all of our questions promptly. He got us a speedy sales agreement (in 4 days we had 6 offers) and we had settlement 2 1/2 weeks after accepting the sales agreement. I would recommend him to anyone. He is probably the most honest and dependable agent I have ever met!
