Zach is a dedicated real estate professional who takes pride in his unique approach as a Realtor. Never one to push his style has always been to focus on educating and ensuring the people he works with feel confident and prepared throughout the process. He never wants anyone to feel they’re in a rush while making what is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. It won’t take you long to pick up that he really loves his job & getting to be a part of such an amazing milestone in people's lives.
While having moved away several times, Zach has always returned home to Portland. Before transitioning into real estate, he worked in music as a major label recording engineer, a booking agent for both local music & tours, as well as touring the US & Europe himself playing in different bands. Chances are if you or someone you know has either listened to music he helped record, played, or a show he put together. When he's not out with clients, Zach can be found playing music, binging a season of whatever is his current obsession, but more often than not- hanging with his dog “Roy” takes up most of his time (as his headshot might have told you).
In addition to his love for helping people with their home aspirations, Zach is a huge foodie & chef who’s been known to bring snacks to just about anywhere. Buying and selling homes is not something you want to do with low blood sugar, so we approve. Combine that with his love of the local food & drink scene & he’s always 1st with the details on the best Portland restaurants and neighborhoods and discovering new food, fun & drinks.
