Zach is incredible! Not only is he such a kind hearted guy, but he’s very knowledgeable about the industry and negotiates like a pro. He made suggestions prior to listing of what I could improve to get the most value for my home. He had also advised me of the perfect time to put my home on the market to get the most amount of offers. I got an all cash, quick close offer well above ask.
