Zach Fitzgerald brings over 10 years of Real Estate, Operations and Marketing experience to Real Estate industry. Zach studied administration at James Madison University and in 2011 he subsequently began a career in Multi-Family Property Management where he specialized in affordable housing programs and program compliance through VHDA and HUD.
In July of 2016, he started a new chapter of his career with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and served a vital role in operating and managing a Residential Sales office in Stafford, VA while supporting the marketing and regional leadership team based out of Washington, DC.
In 2019 Zach joined the #1 Residential Sales Team in the Northern Virginia area and Coldwell Banker Elite. In late, 2020, Zach joined forces with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty as an independent Real Estate agent to better serve his clients. In 2022, he accepted a position with eXp Realty, LLC. Today Zach is a member of the Learning and Development team and shares his expertise in training new hires for the company as well as coaching and developing current staff members while retaining his Real Estate license and continuing to assist buyer and seller with their real estate needs.
