Zack sold our property relatively quickly, for close to asking price. He was able to secure us several months of renting our home back while we found our forever home, which he did find within that time frame. He was a little inexperienced at the time, 4 years ago, and likely learned a lot about Solar leases through our last minute renegotiation. It all turned out great in the end, and the Realtor we purchased our current home from was extremely tough. She required way more than anyone thought fair, but Zack jumped through all of her hoops with ease and confidence. At times he may have shared too much info, but we worked with him fairly early in his career. We chose him for his eagerness and determination, which he proved time and time again. Zack is a really sweet guy, who will work his butt off for you, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

As first time home buyers we began shopping for homes once we got pre-qualified for our loan. Zack was eager to find us a great deal. He found a bank owned property that fit our criteria. When we first looked at the home it needed lots of work not to mention it was a difficult process to get the bank to accept our offer. Zack knew exactly what needed to be done and he simplified everything for us. His strong negotiation skills got our offer accepted.
