Moving can be one of the most stressful events in your life. I am so pleased that Zachary was/is my agent! He was so responsive to all my questions and concerns. He made the whole process so smooth. He also went over and above to help me out with things not directly related to the actual buying of my new place such as helping me find movers to unload my truck, find a painter and a cleaning service as well as other things. Since I was moving from out of state I really needed some extra help and he was there each time I asked. I would recommend Zachary to anyone who wants a very helpful, responsive and kind agent! My wife and I were visiting Newport Beach and decided on a whim to look for a vacation home. We went into 2 real estate offices and left feeling like we were just put on the back-burner and didn't feel like we were a priority. So we continued strolling down PCH and walked in unannounced to Zach's Office. He invited us to sit down, offered us a bottle of water and asked us a few questions. We shared our thoughts about what we were looking for and he turned his computer screen towards us so we could see and started to search allowing us to provide input to revise and narrow down our options. We wanted to be as close as possible to the water. Our budget was as high as 3 million, but we really wanted to be closer to 2 million since this is just a vacation home. A few hours later Zach had scheduled appointments at 7-8 homes for us to view and all of them were within our budget. He didn't start showing us 4 million dollar homes. He was organized and had things mapped out perfectly to get us from one home to another without wasting our time. My wife and I own businesses and we also own about 15 homes (most of them are used as rentals) so we are very familiar with what normally happens during the 'Home Buying' experience. Zach was so REFRESHING as he did not try to sell us every home and tell us to buy it NOW or we would lose it!!!! He simply offered up his knowledge and expertise when we inquired, but was not a pushy agent who was just trying to sell us a home. It was very apparent that his goal was to find us the right home. His level of service was OUTSTANDING during the sale and more importantly after the Sale!!! Anytime we have questions he always gets back to us with an answer and we have had lots of questions. All I can say is if you are not currently using Zach Balaban as your Agent to represent you when you are buying a home, then you really should be because once you do ... You will be writing him a review like me!

This is our first home purchase, and definitely not our last. Edward Jacuinde Real Estate made the pre-approval process easy and hassle-free so we already knew what our budget was before we committed to looking. We initially intended to only see what the market was like but after viewing a few homes it was much easier to see ourselves purchasing sooner. Zach was able to curate lists of homes to look at that were within our price range and covered our must-haves. He really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and we really looked forward to getting the email with homes to look at each week. He made the process fun and exciting for us. After a few months of looking at homes in Temecula and San Diego County trying to come to terms with a 40 minute commute both ways (yikes), we finally found the perfect place minutes away from work! It had all of our must-haves and was well within our budget. There were several competing offers, but after a short negotiation period they chose us! I definitely believe that it was all thanks to him. Zach walked us through each step and explained all of the terms we had never heard of. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to purchase a home.
