Very assertive on your behalf, always available to help and answer any question. Right on top of showing us houses immediately, never tried to talk us into any home, was very upfront with any problems he might have seen at the houses showed. Always keeps your interest and specifications in mind. Very strong negotiations skills. All around a great person as well as a realtor. Thanks again Zach
