I would definitely use Zack's services again. He got us an offer in the first 5 days and when that first deal fell through he got us another offer within 9 days. He also looked after my house since it was vacant. He would go at the end of the day after showings to make sure all the lights were turned off, doors and windows locked, and thermostat set at proper temperature. He also sent someone out to cut the lawn when it got too long.
