He did an excellent job for us, getting much more for our house than we expected by recommending a listing price more in line with comparable properties. He handled everything with great skill. Very professional. We had already moved, but Zach was able to process everything remotely - even connecting us with reliable local repair contractors to handle the minor needed repairs disclosed by the house inspection.
