Zach Mitchell

Zach was a great realtor. He new the area well and had a fair amount of experience in the charleston market. He did a good job at negotiating and understanding my wants and needs. He was great at communicating with me and being available at almost all times. I do not regret using him to sell my home and will be using him in the future to purchase my next property.

Zach Mitchell was about our third realtor that we tried to sell our property in S. C. He put more effort into our sale from day one than any of the others. Within three months he had us a buyer. Ours was not an easy sale to close as we had had a death in our family without a will. Zach helped us and guided us through all we had to do. We had living siblings in four different states to coordinate into this sale. He never quit working for us. It took most of eighteen months for this sale but he never quit. We highly recommend Zach Mitchell as a realtor. He stayed in touch with us throughout this entire time. He certainly gave his best for us.

Zack was fast to respond and was very thorough when answering my questions as well as explaining the home selling process due to being a first-time home seller. If he could not answer a question for me, he was quick to find the answer. Where did you experience exceptional service? I experienced exceptional service throughout the house-selling process and even after selling the house. Zack was able to walk me through the selling process and guide me through ways to make my home look more appealing to customers. Zach is also great at communicating with other realtors throughout the area to bring more buyers to look at my house. By closing day, what I thought would be a dreadful day, went very smoothly, and Zach got the job done promptly.
