If you are thinking about using Zach as your realtor... stop thinking and do it! Zach is seriously the best realtor I have ever worked with in my life. He was always 10 steps ahead and anticipates even the slightest details that might be an issue. He is kind and patient and really takes excellent care of his clients. He walked us through each scenario as many times as we needed and never once got impatient. I am going to be honest and say I am not an easy person to work with.. I am very picky and have a lot of anxiety about everything. Zach always eased my fears and gave me clarity when I needed it. Oh and not to mention our two year old LOVED him!! I think they will be best friends after all of this is said and done.
