It seemed like no matter what house we looked at or what stage of the buying process we were in, Zach always knew the right people to take care of me and had already worked with the other agents many times before, which definitely smoothed everything out immensely. His negotiating skills also invaluable when we were trying to make last minute financial decisions to improve offers (many times late into the night I might add). He has a huge bag of tricks to improve offers and also multiple times would contact the other agents even without us having to ask in order to buy us some more time on deadlines so we could make sound decisions and sweeten the offer at the same time, which came in huge!!! Last, but far from least, his negotiating and keen eye for detail saved me a whole $5,000 out-of-pocket during the final inspection and appraisal proceedings.
