Zach is wonderful to work with. He is attentive and works very hard to find what you are looking for within your price range. We were looking to relocate from Denver to Colorado Springs and he helped us virtually most of the way. I only had to make the 2 hour drive once (for the inspection) prior to taking possession of the property. He always answers calls/texts/emails promptly and answers questions quickly and accurately.
