Zach helped our dreams of purchasing our first home come true. When we matched to pediatric residency at Children’s of Alabama, we knew we had to find the right partner for us to find our first home. Just after the match process, we had a lot of relators reach out to offer services on buying and renting. The fact Zach and his wife went through this we felt an instant connection and knew we wanted to work with him. After a last minute trip to Birmingham to get to know the area and an impromptu breakfast meeting, we were off seeing homes that we thought could be our own. Zach helped our family buy our home last year in an extremely competitive market for less than I thought we’d end up needing to spend. However, with great negotiation and a well written contract, we were able to get the house under contract within 24 hrs of it going to market.
