Zach is a very professional agent with almost 20 years of experience. We considered many different high-end realtors to handle the sale of our architecturally-significant mid-century modern home, and Zach was chosen due to his sincerity, honesty, and transparency as well as experience. In the 60 days we worked with him from listing to closing he rewarded our judgement by proving to be as sincere, honest, and transparent as we had thought, and made the whole process very easy for us. As an advisor he's been around the block a few times, and knows what to concern yourself with as a seller and what to ignore. As a lister, he made sure that our listing was well-marketed, including bringing in international bids from Switzerland and New Zealand. Zack was very knowledgeable about the property I purchased. He represented both myself and the seller. I felt that he was very honest and fair. The home I purchased needed some updates, and he was able to point out what was needed, gave suggestions, and recommended contractors. Being new to the area this was of great help to me. I felt like I could tackle the job ahead. He was always on time or early to all of our meetings. Worked as a liaison, between myself and the owner and I always received prompt and thorough responses.
