We met Zach at an open house almost a full year before we purchased our home. Immediately after talking to Zach, we realized how knowledgeable and professional he was. Zach would send us emails of current listings and help us zero in on the right neighborhood for us. When we would visit an open house, he would point out the things to look for along with areas of concern. Zach would always opine on both the good and the bad, and at no point did we ever feel pressure. As both my wife and I are somewhat picky, Zach always remained professional while promising to find us our perfect home. When we found the perfect home, Zach guided us through all aspects of due diligence, including the inspection, appraisal and financing contingency. His extended network of contacts included an awesome mortgage underwriter and law firm to handle closing. What is normally a very high stress and daunting ordeal, was made super easy with Zach. My wife and I implicitly trust Zach and truly thank him for helping us purchase our home. When the time comes for us to purchase our next house, we won’t have to look any further than to Zach Fisher and his team at Keller Williams.
