Zach Davis is easy to work with, pleasant, responsive, and knowledgeable about farms. The knowledge about farms was critical to properly preparing the property for sale. His large network of realtors and potential buyers helped us have 9 showings in 2 days. He explained the pros and cons of the offers we got, and gave advice on how to counter in some cases, although he did not pressure me to follow his advice or do anything I felt uncomfortable doing.
