Above and Beyond

Working with Zach was amazing. He stuck with us for almost a year as we searched for the perfect house. Even after we found the house we had multiple hiccups on the sellers end that Zach was able to navigate us as well as the seller (who was unrepresented) through. If Zach wasn’t able to meet us for a showing (which only happened twice in the span of almost a year) we were able to meet with another of Kirkpatricks agents and never had to delay. Truly could not have done this without him and his immense knowledge of Kentucky real estate, the Lexington market, and architecture and construction. On top of all this he is truly just a wonderful person to work with and we are forever thankful.

Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Working with Zach and his team was such a wonderful experience! They were so professional and efficient in marketing, listing and following through to closing. Without Zach’s attention to detail in selling the history of the property, I do not believe that we would have sold so quickly or within our price range. We are so thankful for their guidance and he and his team are work the 6%! ☺️

Sold fast and easy.

Zach was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home. His guidance helped us sell quickly, with multiple orders over asking price. Thanks Zach and Catherine!

Highest rating and recommendation for Zach Davis

Zach receives our highest rating and recommendation. He was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of selling our farm. He is always professional, has extensive knowledge of the market and is an excellent communicator. Zach is honest, has the highest of integrity and followed through on everything he said he would do. We would highly recommend Zach to anyone looking to sell a farm/land.

Outstanding

I recently sold our family farm. As many of you know making a transition to sell your heritage is not an easy decision. The result is always bittersweet, to let go of a piece of you and the memories of the land where your family lived is hard. Complicating this can be the emotions and desires of other family members. Zach Davis helped me make this transition. His integrity and sensitivity to all the emotions involved for me personally and for the family was exemplary. Not only did he respect our feelings, but he made sure we achieved our goal of a smooth transition and helped all family members come to peace with the decision. He was there for us in every way and made sure we were satisfied with the price and conditions of the sale. I came out of the transaction with Zach as a friend and trusted colleague. He is one who will walk away rather than compromise his relationship or interest of his clients. He is recommended without hesitation whether you are a buyer or seller, you will not be disappointed.

The Best at what he does

Zach made the complicated seem routine. This was the best real estate transaction we have ever experienced. It was fast and painless, and I believe his buyer screenings during the marketing phase has a lot to do with the simplicity of the process. Thank you! 100% recommendation!
