After Zac had helped our daughter find her home last year, we decided to work with Zac when it came time to make our own move to the Birmingham area from South Carolina. He sent a list of homes for us to review that met our wants and needs. Once we decided on the ones we wanted to see, Zac set a schedule to see them all. Our house in SC sold sooner than we anticipated, so we did not have any time to lose finding our new home. Once we decided on our home, Zac stayed late into the evening with us to get our offer just right. Once under contract, Zac scheduled inspections for us and was in frequent communication with us through the whole process. I am functionally illiterate when it comes to all matters of real estate! Zac clarified and simplified everything and ushered us through the entire process with confidence and a positive attitude. His advice was appropriate and wise; and, if he could control something, he did. Zac communicated with and advocated for us throughout the whole experience. Mr. Waldrop was an absolute pleasure to work with, he constantly stayed in communication with me and provided very open conversations regarding the strategy to sell our property.
