Phenomenal

This was my 1st experience selling a house. This house was in a Reverse Mortgage. I had no Will to sell or buy. I reached out to Yvonne Westerman and she guided me through every step needed. I was lost and confused many times but she assured me if I just follow her instructions, everything will work out well. I must say, I wasn't for sure if I will get any profit from the sell. Yvonne analyzed all details before committing her work. She is very confident and truly knowledgeable!!! She is honest about what will or may not happen. I trusted her and followed her instructions and everything was phenomenal!! Job well done!!! I prayed for a honest realtor and God sent her my way!!!
