Yvonne VanWychen

As I write this review I was informed by Zillow of the review I gave in 2018 for Yvonne. The only changes from that glowing recommendation to this one are the addresses of the houses we were buying. Yvonne is absolutely amazing! There's a reason why after we bought our house with her we repeated our business with her when we needed to sell it and had to buy another. Our processes have shown the issues with other agents who do this job for the money alone. Those agents leave their clients and the other parties they deal with hanging and wondering what is going on. When we had to wait for another agent to contact us back about an offer we made to their client, Yvonne would call them often asking for updates and was transparent to us calling and letting us know that she had left messages and emails with the other agent and she didn't have any additional information. It appears that many agents think if there's no update there's no reason to call, but Yvonne would update us often even to tell us when there's no update so that we weren't left in a state of wondering if we had been forgotten about. If I could purchase another star to add to this review I would because she completely deserves a 6 out of 5 star rating!!!

Yvonne was the best! We used Yvonne for both selling and buying and I could not have asked for anyone better. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for not only in the buying process but the selling process as well. She was professional and always had great advice. She's a complete joy to be around and I recommend her to everyone.

Yvonne provided the most sincere approach to finding the home that was perfect for me - - always available, patient, advocating, and 'putting herself in my shoes'.
