Yvonne did a great job with my home sale. She developed a good strategy to sell the home as is vs. me making improvements a buyer may not prefer. She had great photo's and marketing materials and did a great job connecting with buyer's agents. We sold at full price, and she helped every step of the way on the contract and close.
