Yvonne Russell is an awesome realtor whom puts the customer over profit every time. Her genuine concern for ensuring we weren’t taken advantage of and was getting the best deal showed throughout the process. Mrs. Russell, protected our family investment by constantly monitoring the build and keeping me informed including videos and photos because I was stationed out-of-state during this entire process. Although after 9 months of back and forth the builder backed out of the deal by terminating my contract without due cause. They did not want to address the deficiencies found during the post build inspection and instead opted to cancel the contract they had with me. Mrs. Russell, assisted us in trying to address our concerns and get this deal closed but unfortunately the builder refused to work with us. I thank her for always being honest, professional and straightforward. As a veteran military member at times our families face difficulties and constant movements. You want someone like Yvonne having your interests front and center and protecting you along the process even if we lost our chance to own a dream home because of a difficult builder. We back in the market now and I will not be going forward with anyone except Yvonne Russell. She takes care of military and does right by them. She puts honesty and integrity over profit margin every time which is a rarity in the home buying industry.

Yvonne was easy to contact through her online information. I chose her based on some great Yelp reviews. When issues came up, she took care of them relatively quickly. However, she needs to work on her communication skills. She can be abrasive and unprofessional at times, and she sometimes seems annoyed about doing her job. She did an okay job of walking me through the process of selling my house, but she did not provide information about the tax implications, so it's important to talk to your financial advisor before and after a sale. She was not willing to negotiate her rate, even though she didn't sell my house at the price I had hoped for. One thing she excelled at was having backup plans. When our first contract fell through, she already had another person lined up. All in all, she did the job I hired her to do.

I reached out to Yvonne for help gathering a few home-sale comps recently, and she went out of her way to put together a comprehensive, professional-looking document with even more information than I could have asked for. If her responsiveness and professionalism during our exchange is any indication, then I'm sure that she'd be a great real-estate agent for anyone buying or selling a home!
