This is actually the second time I've worked with Yvonne. Back when I first moved to Las Cruces, she helped me buy my first home. I didn't know what I was doing, and I had a ton of questions. She was extremely patient and helpful with me, fully answering every question I had, and ensuring that I had all the info I needed to make the purchase. She also NEVER pressured me into buying a home that I wasn't 100% happy with, or that was out of my price range in any way. I was entirely happy with my interactions with her. Because of that, when I went to sell that home 5 years later, she was my first call. I had never sold a home before, so she walked me through the whole process just like she did when I was buying for the first time. She had helpful recommendations and resources for getting my home into shape for the market, making minor repairs, getting pictures taken, etc. We got the house listed incredibly fast, and she was responsive every step of the way. I had multiple viewings on the first day, and an offer that I was happy with within 24 hours. She helped me through the negotiation process, the inspections, the signing, etc. It was a seamless and quite pleasant experience. In short, I recommend Yvonne without reservation. If I ever buy or sell a home in Las Cruces again, she'll be my first call.
