Working with Yvonne was great! I had never sold a house before and Yvonne was recommended by a friend. From the beginning she understood that I was new to the process and she was very good at going slowly and explaining how everything worked. During the sale process, she always kept me up to date with where things stood, what was missing, and timelines for closing on the sale. Overall, this was a great experience and I ever sold for significantly more than what I expected
