Excellent realtor with great market experience!
Yvonne does an excellent job in every aspect of the real estate transaction. She assisted me in selling a property out of an estate. From the initial meeting, to strategizing about establishing the selling price, to coordinating the property preparation, to marketing to obtain the most exposure possible, to holding an open house and finally reviewing and accepting an offer, Yvonne does it all. She is a hands on realtor and her expertise in the market makes her an A+ one. I was totally pleased with the entire experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch selling experience!
