Not only did she pick out specific paint combinations for each room, but advised on cosmetic issues which helped increase the value and achieve a maximum sales price. She even loaned personnel assets to me to help the appearance of certain rooms during the staging process. She spent allot of her time on-site to help ensure everything was perfect. this included recommendations on landscaping and all specific details required. Her vast experience was immeasurable, in my opinion another realtor would not have gone to these extremes. In some instances we had conflict but she proved to be correct 100% of the time. Her use of a drone for display of the estate was totally over the top. I would not even think of another realtor if and when I have a sale like this in the future. She is awesome.
